These fun, high-energy sessions give children the chance to build strength, endurance, and confidence—all in a supportive and safe environment.
KID’S MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
Monday + Wednesday @ 4:45 pm
Our experienced instructors lead creative, engaging, and age-appropriate classes that challenge kids while keeping fitness fun. Through drills, obstacle courses, and guided coaching, participants build strength and coordination while being introduced to basic self-defense, teamwork, and communication skills. It’s an exciting way to stay active and inspire lifelong healthy habits.
AGES 6+
KID’S STRIKING
Tuesday + Thursday @ 6 pm
This class introduces kids to the fundamentals of Kickboxing, teaching proper technique for punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Through a mix of solo drills, partner exercises, and bag work, students build real experience—and even have the chance to spar safely under supervision.
Along with improving balance, coordination, power, and cardiovascular fitness, the class also develops self-defense skills, discipline, and confidence. It’s more than just training—it’s a foundation for personal growth, both on and off the mat.

ADVANCED KIDS + TEENS
Tuesday + Thursday @ 4:45 pm
This class takes Kickboxing to the next level—building on the basics while sharpening technique for punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Students push their skills through dynamic solo drills, partner exercises, and bag work, with opportunities for supervised sparring to apply techniques in real situations.
Beyond the workout, the program develops balance, coordination, power, and endurance, while instilling essential qualities like self-defense, discipline, and confidence. Designed for advancing athletes, it’s more than training—it’s a path to strength, resilience, and personal growth both in and out of the gym.
